Individual Work

Fundamentally, I see my job as a consultant to people about their unfolding development and transitions through the stages of their lives – some of them challenging, some fraught with worry or depression. Dealing with physical health, relationships, careers, parenthood, primary partnerships, development of personal creativity and self-animation are among the many endeavors of people going through time. Individuals may become stuck or blocked in their own paths to energized vitality and spiritual growth, because of fears, depressions, and the limiting predictions and emotional pains of early life. They may also come up against difficult life stage issues, with existential crises of meaning or its absence. Counseling work may mean experimenting with new ways to approach the day, oneself, relationships, the world and the general future. It may mean trying on new and healthier ways of relating to ones inner life and to other people, and to spending ones life energy.
